Job Description

The Installation Specialist at Offisavvy LLC is responsible for a range of duties, including the loading of delivery vehicles, delivery of products, installation at client sites, daily progress reporting, and ensuring safety.

 

In this position an Offisavvy installer will regularly relocate and install office furniture, cubicles and modular furniture, TV’s and wall hung items and perform light repair tasks such as painting and patching walls.

 

Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional relocation experiences and solutions and products that enhance their office environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Efficiently install products, including office cubicles, furniture, etc., at customer's workplace.

Load products onto trucks for delivery to customers.

Safely and precisely deliver items, tools, and equipment necessary for installation.

Conduct thorough inventory checks for all products handled and utilized.

Maintain all equipment and delivery vehicles in good working condition.

Prioritize safety to prevent injuries and maintain a safe working atmosphere.

Professionally interact with internal team members and clients.

Collaborate with Direct Supervisor and Offisavvy team to enhance processes and efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

***Hourly Rate is negotiable depending on job expertise***

Valid driver’s license, with the ability to obtain a Class D, Endorsement 2 driver’s license within 90 days of employment.

A minimum of 2 years of safe driving experience.

Successful pass of a Background Check.

Ability to routinely lift products weighing over 75 pounds.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including extended shifts when necessary.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to undergo training and progress.

Strong interpersonal abilities with a dedicated focus on exceptional customer service marked by honesty and integrity.

Professional demeanor and communication.

Ability to work cohesively within a team and independently with minimal oversight.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Basic Tools: Drill, bits, hammer, wrenches, prybar, rubber mallet. (Company will provide tools uniforms and footwear once you have completed training.)
