◊ Site Name and Location: Kaiser Permanente - Moanalua Medical Center
◊ Reason for coverage: Shortage while recruiting
◊ Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3-6 Months with option to extend, as needed. Client will consider either 3 or 6 months
◊ Setting: Hospital
◊ Daily Responsibilities: General, Orthopedics, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, Regional Blocks Optional. No Hearts, Transplants, OB – CRNA must be comfortable under Medical Supervision and operate independently. Physician there to assist but not direct.
◊ Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday – Provider will work 40 hours weekly. Combination of 8’s, 10’s, 12’s. 7:00a – 3:30p; 7:00a – 5:30p; 7:00a – 7:30p
◊ Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
◊ PPD/Census: Census depends on what is scheduled daily and what room assignment the CRNA has.
◊ Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 13 OR’s – 2 GI suites - Anesthesiologist, CRNA’s – CRNA’s must be comfortable operating independently
◊ EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
◊ Certifications required/accepted: Certified CRNA
◊ Credentialing Time frame : Estimated 60 days
◊ Will a licensing candidate be considered : No, initially only interested in Hawaii Licensed Candidate
