We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside clients, senior partners, and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Contact us today if you have outstanding research and writing skills, can handle a caseload both collaboratively and independently when appropriate, and are comfortable using today’s legal software! Seeking a former prosecutor with a minimum of three (3) years of experience handling criminal cases. Prior work on federal criminal cases is a plus.

• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence

• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred

• Prior experience in Criminal Jury trial cases for a minimum of 3 years
• Must have significant jury trial experience (50+ cases)
• Must provide professional writing samples
• Looking for someone who will be a part of our team on a long-term basis
