Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships with professionalism, positivity, and proactive communication.
• Capture high-quality listing media, including photos, videos, 3D scans, aerial footage, and floorplans.
• Create engaging social media content for agent branding projects (e.g., YouTube videos, short-form content, and community highlights).
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects, maintaining Martin Photography Real-Estate Media’s high standards.
• Deliver exceptional on-site and remote client experiences, showcasing yourself as a trusted expert.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve our creative processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding client relationship skills and a passion for exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• A growth mindset, constantly seeking to improve and adapt.
• Reliability and flexibility to meet client needs.
• Passion for creativity and storytelling through media.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to shoots.
• FAA Part 107 license
• Required gear - Camera with wide angle lens and DJI Drone
