The Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) position offers part-time and PRN opportunities with flexible evening shifts to promote work-life balance. Nurses will deliver patient care, administer medications, and perform assessments under the guidelines of correctional regulations. Location:   St. Croix County Jail

Open Position: PT LPN or RN Evenings

Schedule:  3- 8 hr Evening shifts per week, 2p - 10p

Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Duties include, but are not limited to:  

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) 
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
