About Us

Brickell Travel Management is a leading travel management company dedicated to providing exceptional travel solutions to corporate clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Agent with strong skills in Sabre GDS and corporate travel servicing to join our growing team in Miami.

Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international travel reservations for corporate clients.
  • Book flights, hotels, cars, and other travel arrangements using Sabre GDS .
  • Provide consultative travel solutions based on client preferences and company policies.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, exchanges, and reissues accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with quick response times and attention to detail.
  • Assist with visa/passport requirements, travel advisories, and other client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Agent.
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international airfares, ticketing, and itineraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

What We Offer

  • Base salary of $55,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience).
