The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

Job Duties:

Source and recruit qualified candidates to fill open roles within the organization.
Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, sourcing, and networking.
Work with human resource managers and department managers on recruitment planning.
Screen candidates’ resumes and applications.
Perform pre-screen interviews to ensure candidates are qualified for the positions they are seeking.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment. --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. --Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Promote the company at college career fairs and job fairs.

Requirements:

Experience with high-volume recruiting in a corporate setting.
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment.
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, flexible and positive attitude.
Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of hiring managers with a variety of communication styles.
Must be willing to occasional travel out of town for career events.
This postion offers a bas plus commission compensation package.
