The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

Job Duties:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates to fill open roles within the organization.
• Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, sourcing, and networking.
• Work with human resource managers and department managers on recruitment planning.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and applications.
• Perform pre-screen interviews to ensure candidates are qualified for the positions they are seeking.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment. --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. --Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Promote the company at college career fairs and job fairs.

Requirements:

• Experience with high-volume recruiting in a corporate setting.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, flexible and positive attitude.
• Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of hiring managers with a variety of communication styles.
• Must be willing to occasional travel out of town for career events.
• This postion offers a bas plus commission compensation package.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
