If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Contact Center Support Assoicate **What does a successful** **Contact Center Support Associate do at Fiserv?** You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You'll support high call volume caseloads and will have an opportunity to ensure a customer experience and order success. **What you will do:**

• Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
• Support application, IT hardware and software products.
• Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
• Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources to include product development as well as external software and hardware partners.
• Provide escalation level technical support.

**What you need to have:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware.

**What would be great to have:**

• Knowledge of firewalls and drivers.
• Experience providing support via remote desktop.
