About the Role:
A prominent custom builder is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead a 6,500 sq. ft modern single-family home project. This role is based in the picturesque setting of a butte just outside of Jackson, Wyoming, and offers a chance to work within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, and Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of complex site work and high-quality project delivery.
Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 Annually + Performance-Based Bonuses & Benefits

Role Details:
Work Week: Monday to Friday, 40 hours ensuring a balanced work-life with minimal travel requirements.
Autonomy: Full autonomy to manage construction activities, adhering to the project's schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities: Oversee the construction phase, manage schedules, resolve design conflicts, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Project Manager, with collaborative support from the General Superintendent and Operations Manager.
