Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Construction Project Manager to join our team in the San Jose area . This role offers a competitive salary of up to $170,000 per year and provides the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure projects while collaborating with a dedicated and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects to ensure safety , profitability , and timely completion .
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners , architects , engineers , subcontractors , and suppliers .
• Participate in business development , estimating , bidding , and contract negotiations .
• Lead project teams in procurement , contract administration , and operations management .
• Ensure projects meet deadlines , stay within budget , and achieve profitability goals .
• Assign team responsibilities and oversee pre-construction services .
• Facilitate communication between clients , estimators , and on-site teams .
• Maintain accurate project documentation and uphold site safety standards .
• Participate in project meetings, set objectives, and supervise project close-out activities .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management , Civil Engineering , or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, water conveyance, sewers, and sewer rehabilitation.
• Expertise in vendor relationship management and design-build processes .
• Strong knowledge of construction costs , scheduling , estimating , and engineering principles .
• Proficiency in project management software and excellent communication skills.
