Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Secure permits, approvals, and regulatory prerequisites.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs to meet financial goals.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and supplier relationships.
• Create and maintain construction schedules, issuing progress updates on costs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Coordinate efforts among architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor on-site activities, spending significant time at project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architectural principles.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract negotiation.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract terms and conditions.
