Job Description

I have a client who is in need of a Construction Project Manager with a background in acoustic solutions for architect and interior designers.

We are known for delivering innovative projects and solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning and scheduling. You will work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, check quality, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Your expertise in project planning tools and methodologies will be instrumental in driving project success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules based on project scope, objectives,

and requirements.

2. Collaborate with team members to define project deliverables, milestones, and resource

requirements.

3. Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, risks, and dependencies to identify

potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.

4. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and making necessary

adjustments as needed.

5. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and

issues.

6. Identify and communicate potential project delays or conflicts and propose actionable

solutions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization

throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Evaluate project performance against established metrics and KPIs, and provide

recommendations for improvement.

9. Implement and maintain project planning tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance

overall project management capabilities.

10. Stay updated with industry trends, project management techniques, and tools to continually

improve project planning processes.

11. Support and provide supervision towards OEM opportunities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role, preferably in architecture and interior

design industry.

3. Proficient in project planning and scheduling tools .

4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

5. Ability to read and understand drawings to create material takeoffs

6. Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam software

7. Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

9. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects

simultaneously.

10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and

teams.

11. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

12. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

13. Project management certifications such as Construction PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

14. Understanding and knowledge of building code requirements is a plus

Pay is $70k - $80k depending on experience and interview
