We specialize in mid-to-large commercial and industrial projects with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery. We're now expanding and hiring a Temp Construction Laborer in Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:
*Immediate Opportunity* We are seeking two skilled Construction Laborers for a temporary 4-month project with a heavy focus on ceiling tile replacement. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in commercial construction, particularly with acoustic ceiling systems. Work will take place during overnight shifts, and a key requirement is being comfortable operating on a scissor lift at heights of 40 to 60 feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and replacement of drop ceiling tiles in commercial facilities

• Assist with removal and reinstallation of ceiling grid systems

• Operate safely and confidently on scissor lifts at heights between 40–60 feet

• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each shift

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Load/unload and transport materials and equipment

• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards to the site supervisor

• Communicate clearly with foremen and team members to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction labor, specifically in ceiling tile or acoustic ceiling work

• Comfortable working at heights of 40–60 feet on a scissor lift (required)

• Able to work on ladders and lifts for extended periods

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor

• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to working night shifts

• Reliable transportation to and from the Wyncote job site
