**Job Title: Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
Install brick pavers for residential and commercial projects, ensuring a high-quality finish. Prepare and level surfaces before installation, following industry standards and company guidelines. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations for design and material selection. Operate and maintain various equipment and tools used in brick paving installation. Work closely with other team members, including project managers and sales consultants, to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proven experience as a Brick Pavement Installer or similar role in hardscaping.
+ Strong knowledge of brick paving techniques, materials, and tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
+ Excellent physical condition and stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

**Work Environment**
Work outdoors in various weather conditions from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, and requires adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
