· Entry Level
· Conduct Testing & Troubleshooting of embedded systems (Hardware & Software)
· System integration
· Provide reports and feedback to assist staff
· Learn product offering and learn troubleshooting process
· RMA (repair) process
· Growth opportunities to move to Engineering position
SKILLS REQUIRED/PREFERRED
· Technical degree
· Knowledge of Computer Architecture
· Windows or Linux Experience
· Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
· Problem Solving
· Ability to work independently and with team members
· Bi-lingual is a plus
