$80,000–$100,000 Base + Bonus
A long-established, privately owned roofing contractor is expanding its commercial operation in Austin and hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator.
This role is for someone who understands scope, specs, and risk — not just pushing numbers out the door.
What you’ll estimate
- Commercial roofing projects ($2M–$10M+)
- Public + private work
- High-rise buildings and schools
- Spec-driven, Tier-1 jobs
- Systems include TPO, metal, wall cladding
How the team works
- Privately owned (not PE-backed)
- Estimators work closely with PMs + operations
- Procore and Excel
- Accuracy > bid volume

- Commercial roofing estimating experience
- Clear communication with PMs and manufacturers
- Team-first mindset
