Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator 2nd and 3rd Shift to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alexandria, MN

What's the Job?

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring finished parts meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to maintain high standards.
• Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies.
• Assist with setup preparations and machine maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of customer orders.

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and education.
