This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic venues - Kohl Center, University Ridge Golf Course, and Camp Randall Stadium - and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests. If you're an experienced leader in the food and beverage industry with a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect role for you. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. + Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team. + Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. + Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. + Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service. + Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times. + Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. + Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
