TITLE: Clinical Educator / Special Care Nursery and Pediatrics / Nursing

Position Highlights & Compensation:

• Full-Time Day Shift (No weekends).
  
• Competitive Salary : $67,500 – $93,000 per year (depending on experience).
  
• Full Benefits Package .
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an Ohio RN License .
  
• Current ACLS/CPR certification .
  
• Experience with Level 2 NICU required ; Pediatrics experience a plus .
  
• Lactation experience is beneficial.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for the Nursery, Lactation, and Pediatric Departments .
  
• Coordinate mandatory education programs , ensuring compliance with OSHA, AHA, and HFAP guidelines.
  
• Facilitate new employee orientation , collaborating with leadership to provide instruction and mentorship.
  
• Oversee education record completion , scheduling and tracking ongoing competencies and recertifications.
  
• Provide training on unit-specific equipment , policy updates, and EPIC systems.
  
• Assist with survey preparation for ODH and HFAP accreditation.
  
• Collaborate with local universities to create clinical opportunities.
  
• Facilitate both large and small group training sessions with a positive and supportive attitude.
