What You'll Do: - Prepare work and staging areas for cleaning room daily activities.
- Supervise temporary labor in cleaning room and warehouse areas.
- Maintain an efficient and constant flow of contents to the cleaning room.
- Performs content cleaning and deodorization inspections daily.
- Supervise and perform routine inspection of the facility for cleanliness and organization.
- Performs weekly inventory of packing products and communicates ordering needs to Warehouse Manager.
- Always adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other warehouse team members to maintain efficient production processes.
- Update cleaning percentages and restoration status in task management system.
- Perform inventory of claimed contents, textiles, and other customer contents as required.
- Supervise flow and quality of incoming and outgoing contents from subcontractors.
- Perform quality control inspection of contents prior to move back to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For: - Experience in fire damage cleaning and restoration.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Details: - Full-time | MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed.
- Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required.
