We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our established practice Full time in Bend OR. Our ideal candidate is passionate about subluxation-based care, a go getter who wants to continue to grow their patient base to serve more in their community and is inspired by the mission of family wellness.

Experience in pediatric and prenatal care is preferred but not required. Must be coachable, service minded and aligned with our core values. Duties:

  • Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
  • Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
  • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
  • Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments full spine (Gonstead, Thompson Drop, Diversified, Activator, Toggle recoil, Webster technique, and extremity work
  • Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes within Genesis EHR)
  • Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
  • Build meaningful patient relationships and generate internal referrals
  • Attend and contribute to doctor trainings and team meetings
  • Community wellness workshops, screenings, lunch and learns, outreach and patient classes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
  • Chiropractic license in OR
  • Knowledge and willingness to treatment pediatric and prenatal patients preferred
  • Competent in Webster technique preferred
Salary:
  • Mon-Friday with early office closures on Wed and Fridays
Compensation:
  • $75k-$90k per year plus generous bonus structure
