About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Education and Interpretation Officer to lead its mission of sharing the culture and lessons of the American Civil Rights Movement. The Chief Education and Interpretation Officer will also be expected to spearhead new programs and initiatives that align with the museum's mission and to increase community engagement and partnerships. Professional qualifications for the position include a strong leadership ability, a background in deep collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of museum practices. The role requires a leader with excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, who is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
