Title : CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Location : Brooklyn, NY
Duration : 13-Weeks Contract
Shift : Morning, Evening and Over Night Shift | 7A-3P, 3P- 11P and 11P- 7A
Max pays rate $25/ hrs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting).
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, intake/output, and bowel movements.
- Turn, position, and ambulate residents to prevent pressure injuries.
- Support residents during meals; provide feeding assistance as needed.
- Transfer residents using mechanical lifts (two-person assist required).
- Observe and report changes in physical or cognitive condition to the nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Document care provided using EMR systems.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification (state-specific)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with elderly or cognitively impaired residents is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be physically able to lift, move, and assist patients
