• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning
• Accurately document care
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Requirements:
• Active CNA Certification (state-specific through the Department of Health)
• At least 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care or clinical setting
• Current PPD or chest X-ray
• Up-to-date physical examination
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Two professional references
• Willingness to complete OSHA questionnaire and dementia care training during the intake process

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $20 - $23 Hourly
