Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
* Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
* Observe residents and report any changes in health or behavior to the nursing staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
* Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
* Assist with documentation and maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications:

* Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Nebraska.
* Ability to lift and move residents safely.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
* Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
