Responsibilities:

SDHauling is a small trucking company where you can be a big part of future growth. We pride ourselves in taking care of our drivers and equipment. We have immediate openings for dependable, safety-minded drivers who look forward to the freedom in operating with a smaller company. You won't be a driver number with SDHauling.

As one of our drivers, you will drive a dump truck w/pup (28T capacity) or a side dump (28T capacity) to pick up and deliver sand, gravel, and/or dirt material to construction sites in Utah County. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operate a dump truck or side dump truck safely on city streets, construction sites, and sand & gravel pits.


• Efficiently operate a truck to transport and deliver construction materials on time.


• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.


• Conduct daily maintenance inspections and operate assigned vehicle safely.

• $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must have and show experience in dirt work and dirt hauling equipment. 


• Must be dependable and a self starter.


• Must have experience operating a dump truck w/pup or a side dump.


• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.


• No more than one moving violation in the previous 2 years. 

Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment. If hired, shall be subject to substance abuse testing in accordance with company policies.
