Flint Logistics is seeing a CDL A truck driver with 12 months of experience and a hazmat endorsement for a dedicated account hauling car parts that will be driver-unloaded with a pallet jack. We help experienced drivers grow their skills in our Tuesday-Saturday schedule with plenty of home time that works for real life.

Your Daily Adventure | Explore the Southeast on routes covering 1,700-1,800 miles weekly with 3-6 stops each delivery day. You'll master our auto parts delivery system, completing around 30 weekly unloads across 5 different routes, serving 8 stores that need your expertise with electric pallet jack operations.
Your Earning Journey | You will average $1,250 to $1,350 per week including cents per mile plus $30 per stop and a minimum weekly guarantee (when you work the full week). We offer a $500 sign-on bonus paid on week 2.
Your Work-Life Balance | Sleep in your own bed almost every night with just occasional layovers sprinkled throughout the week. Whether you're on-call or running assigned routes, you'll dispatch Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday with flexible timing. Mondays, Sundays, and Saturdays stay pretty chill, with maybe 1-2 layover routes weekly.
Your Ride | Cruise in our updated 2018+ Kenworth and Freightliner trucks that we're constantly upgrading. Sometimes you'll roll in a box truck, other times a 53' trailer with sleeper for those occasional layovers, all governed at 65 mph to keep things safe and steady.
Your Store Connections | Become the hero delivering auto parts using electric pallet jacks on lift gate trailers. Handle night deliveries to closed stores using detailed route books containing everything - alarm codes, keys, delivery spots - we've got you completely covered.
Your Background | Bring 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and your Hazmat endorsement, plus comfort with night driving. Your skills help you thrive in our flexible delivery world with changing schedules and diverse routes.
Your Time Value | Get paid $17 hourly for delays when working office/yard duties or equipment breakdowns lasting over 2 hours. We believe your time matters, so you're compensated fairly even when unexpected situations pop up.
