Job Description
Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a
Cyber Resilience Analyst to support the Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA).
Contractor support shall have demonstrated skills and abilities within T&E such as attained by T&E Level II completion of training for DHS or DoD. Provide Cyber resilience test and evaluation expertise to ITA to assist the planning, execution, and assessment within this domain. Must be familiar with such topics as; Cyber Tabletop exercises, Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessment, and Adversarial Assessment, ensuring that DHS acquisition programs adequately assess their Cyber posture and generate a suitable test and evaluation approach that is executable.
Provides insight and advice concerning strategic direction and applicability of current, government and or industry standards, best practices, and or innovative solutions based on in-depth understanding of the latest developments relevant to test and evaluation arena. Responsible for planning, executing, and assessing complex efforts along with providing high level vision to program/manager and or leadership while managing and or influencing objectives of complex efforts. Provides guidance on the functional procedures/processes/policies reflecting detailed knowledge of functional areas. May be required to lead in-depth research and analysis in support of complex efforts.
Advanced Degree or such equivalent credits/certifications + 10 years of relevant experience or 15 years of relevant experience

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
