Legal Case Manager 100% Remote/ Direct Hire Enjoy working remotely? We are looking for a Legal Case Manager to become a vital part of our client's team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting law firms specializing in Mass Tort and Personal Injury cases. Responsibilities: - Manage Workflows: Oversee and ensure adherence to team workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Enhance Productivity: Drive docket productivity, operational goals, and performance standards.
- Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies to meet docket objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain high-performance standards, accountability, and regular communication with the Team Lead about schedules, challenges, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Client Communication: Provide frequent updates to clients through phone communications, keeping them informed of docket progress and changes.
- Deadline Management: Understand and manage docket deadlines, updates, and client requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and present weekly reports to Executive Leadership, detailing docket progress, goal achievement, changes, metrics, and overall performance.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control measures, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions to address workflow, process, or protocol defects.
- Legal Documentation: Utilize a legal background to draft complaints, PFS', and other legal documents.
- Training and QA: Develop and execute training protocols, conduct training sessions, and oversee quality assurance (QA) processes, including training QA teams.
- Data Analysis: Run reports, analyze data using pivot tables and basic formulas, and leverage data to make informed decisions and enhance processes.
- Presentation Skills: Confidently present to small groups and build effective training protocols.
Requirements for the Case Manager opportunity: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor preferred.
- Previous Legal Experience: Previous legal industry experience in case management in Personal Injury and/or Mass Tort
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in running reports, analyzing data with pivot tables and basic formulas, and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe; ability to create detailed documentation.
- Legal CRMS: Experienced in using at least one of the legal CRMS such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Litify, and/or Salesforce.
