Griswold Home Care for Roseville offers a fully paid training academy that includes in-person classroom training, on-line training through Care Academy, on-line safety training through Got Safety, and on the job training with Senior Caregiver staff. We also reimburse the costs of applying for your Home Care Aide Registry, prepay for your Live Scan Fingerprinting and prepay for your TB testing. YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER In this dynamic caregiving role, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support to seniors during both day and night shifts. From minimum 4-hour care sessions to round-the-clock assistance, you will play a vital part in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with household chores, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring personal care needs are met with respect and dignity. Your compassionate approach will be particularly valuable when providing care for clients with cognitive impairments, where your patience and empathy will shine through. As a Caregiver, documenting your interactions and observations accurately and promptly is essential.
