Car Wash Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Car Wash Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you will do at Mr Wash:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain high performance and morale.
• Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including opening/closing procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff to ensure knowledge of POS systems, car wash operations, and company policies.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the tunnel, vacuum area, customer spaces, and backrooms are always clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Administrative Oversight: Complete reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe workplace and uphold company policies, holding regular meetings to align staff on expectations and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in management or supervisory roles (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Technical: Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of computer systems/elctronic devices/POS software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift.
• **Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.**
• Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and inspire others.
