Ventus is seeking a
Capability Integrator with experience in forming and leading cross-functional teams, particularly those comprising experts in cybersecurity, software development, operational research, and business operations to join our exciting team at Office of the Undersecretary of Defense Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).
This opportunity is ideal for someone with knowledge in planning and executing systems analysis efforts for the Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community. The person in this role will coordinate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and sustain IT capabilities for OUSD(R&E) Mission Capabilities personnel, using available tools and processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance. The candidate should have experience with Modeling, Simulation & Analysis processes, including experiment design, execution plans, and results reporting for Joint all-domain warfighting concepts like kill chains, system models, scenario generation, and sensitivity analysis.
The anticipated work location is in
Arlington, VA , on site, with potential for light telework.
Required Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Skilled in creating concise, professional briefings and reports for DoD decision-makers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Desired Experience - Familiarity with computing system infrastructure implementations, including data centers, networks, help desk support operations, and commercial vendor relations
- Experience with advanced computing solutions such as high-performance computing (HPC), cloud computing, and similar distributed computing architectures
