Great company culture Team atmosphere where people enjoy what they do Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent: Responds to inbound and outbound calls Collect information needed from patients and log into computer Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers Process patient prescription needs successfully Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent: Responds to inbound phone calls and claims (as well as outbound calls) to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies, services their access to care and reimbursement needs and responds. Refers requests for escalation as needed and engages other internal areas such as Program Management, IT and other Contact Center teams to resolve issues. Job Requirements for Call Center Agent: Must have a High School Diploma or GED Experience in a call center, customer service, insurance, benefits, marketing, sales, retail, or related area a plus!
