ZSs Digital & Technology practice drives measurable impact through technology-enabled products and solutions, with a focus on best-in-class delivery at a global scale. Success is driven by collaboration with domain practices and client teams to embed digital and technological innovations into their services, creating a harmonized ZS technology experience for clients.

ZSs Business Technology Solutions team leads end-to-end project responsibilities, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. This team seeks diverse tech roles and fosters continuous innovation, benefiting professional growth and delivering world-class solutions. They configure ZSs proprietary software to streamline client business processes, manage solution delivery, oversee operations, handle stakeholder management, contribute to business development, and lead project planning and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client projects with significant direct interaction.
• Understand client challenges and provide thought leadership to address them.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams on project delivery, reporting, and escalation management.
• Collaborate globally on planning, risk management, and strategy.
• Apply ZS methodologies and Agile principles.
• Ensure robust, scalable technical designs aligned with industry standards and client needs.
• Lead projects with high-quality service delivery.
• Develop client relationships, introduce new technology ideas, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Stay updated on technology trends to develop ZSs point of view and drive innovation.
• Act as the primary contact and advisor for clients, bridging business and technical teams.
• Mentor and motivate team members, leading by example.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years leading large teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing POVs on new technologies and problem-solving.
• Extensive experience with big data and cloud technologies.

Additional Skills:

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Supervisory and project management expertise.
• Ability to manage virtual, global teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
