About this Position:
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Minimum Education:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology (IT) related field (i.e., Computer Science) from accredited college/university.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement in IT Systems.
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, and requirements documentation.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
