Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a prestigious Am Law 200 firm in its search for a mid-level associate Business Immigration Attorney to support its busy global immigration and foreign investment practice group. This is a contract, hybrid role out of the Firm's Washington, DC office locations . The Firm offers a warm and friendly work environment, hybrid schedule flexibility, and competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.

Requirements of the Business Immigration Attorney:

• 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Experience working with the EB-5 investor visa program, including lenders, borrowers, banks, regional centers and real estate developers is a plus.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Current bar admission to Washington, D.C., in good standing.

Work must be performed in a professional hybrid office setting and requirements include:

• Ability to remain in stationary position for long periods of time (Working at a computer).
• Repetitive movement (computer and keyboard use).
• Occasional lifting (files, copy paper, etc.).
