•Getting the Voice of Customer/ Problem statement from relevant stakeholders•Create a high level project scope based on Problem statement •Get stakeholders buy in for the project scope & high level timeliness•Creating Detailed Project Plan & milestones•Perform Data collation needed for analysis•Analyze As-Is process & Data collated•Conducting Brainstorming session with project team for To Be processes state•Creating Value Stream Map & Performing Waste Analysis•Providing Recommendation and Solutions road-map•Get stakeholders buy in for the Recommendations & Road-map ahead •Preparing a pilot implementation plan•Preparing pilot readiness enablers to execute the pilot•Implementation of Pilot•Preparing a control and sustain plan and implement post pilot•Share the project closure summary to the all the stakeholders•Must have knowledge of Process Documentation using ARIS Process Mapping Tool
