We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Business Analytics Team in Pflugerville, TX . We are seeking a summer intern starting Mid-May through August. If you are a student seeking a summer internship and have knowledge using SAP Bi Tools, Excel functions like Macros, PivotTables, etc., and can create and maintain technical documentation apply now!

Your Mission

• Develop automated reports and visualizations using SAP BI tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Lumira) to track service department KPIs
• Automate routine data analysis tasks using advanced Excel functionalities like Macros, PivotTables, etc.,
• Work with data from SAP ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper integration with other departments
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting solutions, including data models, process workflows, and user guides
• Provide stakeholders with insights and actionable recommendations based on the analysis

Your Talents

• Experience with SAP or other comparable Business Intelligence tools
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Basic understanding of how the SAP CS module works, including service orders, customer notifications, repairs, and warranties
• Ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Strong documentation skills for creating manuals, reports, and guides for future reference
