As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to understand their needs and provide insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities include:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, such as CRM systems, surveys, and market research.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet them.Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.RequirementsProven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a similar industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit reports and dashboards.If that sounds like you and you're excited by the idea of joining a world-class team that's passionate about growing together, we look forward to hearing from you.
