Role Overview

We are seeking a world-class graphic designer to evolve our brand, marketing and communications, including our website. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and broader design team to create visually compelling content across multiple digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement.

What You Will Do

• Define, evolve and steward our brand identity : both visual & voice

• Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines and design assets

• Collaborate marketers to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling

• This is a startup, so you’ll also write copy and concept

• Maintain brand fluidity and consistency across all marketing materials

• Design engaging visual content for paid and organic media channels: social, advertising, print, and owned channels like email and web

• Create design elements for events, including digital invitations, presentations, booth graphics, and promotional materials

• Generally, just make sure that Traba looks, sounds and feels amazing when expressed inside and outside the company

What You'll Need

• College or Art school is cool, but raw talent is a must 

• A few years of professional experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating craft, creativity and versatility

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma & Adobe’s Creative Suite

• Able to work and grow alongside other world-class designers (with an impossibly high bar for taste and craft)

• Familiarity with social media design best practices and ad specifications

• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital advertising platforms

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Nice to Have, but you can also learn

• Experience talking/selling to other businesses

• Versatility to speak across demographics

• Understanding of basic marketing performance metrics

• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing

• Familiarity with AI design tools and emerging design technologies
