We are seeking a dedicated Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in various activities, including boxing technique, boxing drills, and strength and conditioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a passion for helping students develop their skills and reach their full potential. This candidate will be high energy and focused, while also promoting a positive, encouraging, and safe training environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Coaches/Trainers must be willing to promote and sell the CFX Conquer brand
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction in boxing and physical education
• Engage in challenging lesson plans to cater to students of varying skill levels
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes teamwork and camaraderie among students
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
• Ensure the safety of students during all activities and maintain a clean and organized gym or physical education space
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to plan and execute events and activities
• Educate students on proper behavior management techniques, including conflict resolution and bullying prevention
• Lead students in various boxing drills and strength and conditioning drills
• Assist with additional club responsibilities
• Arrive to sessions on time
• Dress appropriately based on CFX Conquer standards
• Follow proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury

Qualifications:

• CPR and AED Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experienced in Boxing
• Experienced in teaching students how to properly train
