WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This position requires a few days in the office each week with the flexibility to work from home on other days. Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our full-time Bookkeeper, you are the backbone of our financial operations. You begin your day by reviewing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring our financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Throughout the day, you process invoices, reconcile bank and credit card statements, and keep our QuickBooks Online records in check. You collaborate with external accountants and auditors, making sure we stay compliant with financial regulations. Whether preparing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, or submitting monthly sales tax filings, your expertise helps guide our company's financial decisions. You take pride in every detail, ensuring that Spectrum Painting LLC remains financially strong and ready for continued success.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks Online and Google Suite)
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

A CPA is preferred!
