We are looking to hire an AWESOME, motivated Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to add to our team in Marietta. (Spanish/English)
As a Staffing Coordinator you will be working with a team of recruiters to place talent and help grow sales from clients and prospects.
This is a FULL-TIME, in-office position. We offer competitive pay, benefits and the best support system around.
Main duties include but are not limited to-
Create job postings on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook and our online website.
Calling applicants and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
Completing detailed interviews and all necessary paperwork for the onboarding process.
Using various computer programs and applications.
MUST have great phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience is NOT required but preferred.

Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday- Friday.
Pay will depend on experience but is an hourly position with not much overtime required. Monthly Commission plan as incentive once trained.
