Vaco Phoenix is looking for a Bilingual HR Administrator for a top client in West Phoenix AZ! This HR Administrator must be bilingual in English/Spanish and will provide support to the HR team by documenting employee changes, performance evaluations, and internal communications. This is an in-office role looking to hire immediately, paying $21-$23 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Lead new hire orientation sessions to promote a positive onboarding experience, explain company benefits and policies, and ensure completion of all required documentation. Revise company policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and job descriptions. Organize and facilitate orientation and training sessions for new employees.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.Maintaining employee records and organizing HR department emails.Handle general administrative duties, including filing, document and report creation, scheduling, and internal communication.Job Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative support position preferably in an HR departmentBilingual in English/SpanishAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
