Groove Subaru is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about maximizing profitability while delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all dealership finance operations.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Finance Managers to meet performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor department performance and implement strategies to increase F&I product penetration and profit per vehicle retailed (PVR).
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer buying experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance, including 2+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Strong knowledge of F&I products, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and finance goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
