About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Health, Wellness, and Safety/Dean of Students. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the health, wellness, and safety programs and services that support the student community. This role involves developing and implementing policies and initiatives that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students, as well as ensuring a safe and healthy campus environment. The Associate Vice President/Dean of Students will also be involved in crisis management, student conduct, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Health, Wellness, and Safety/Dean of Students position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in student affairs, higher education administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing health, wellness, and safety programs, as well as experience in crisis intervention and management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with a deep commitment to student success and well-being.
