We’re seeking a *dedicated attorney* who is passionate about advocacy, courtroom work, and helping clients achieve fair and meaningful outcomes.
*Position Overview*
We are looking for an *experienced trial attorney*, preferably with *two (2) years of courtroom experience*, in *family law or civil litigation*. This position requires confidence in litigation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases from start to finish.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Represent clients in *divorce, custody, child support, adoption, and modification* matters.
* Handle *court appearances*, *mediations*, and *trials* independently or alongside lead counsel.
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
* Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
* Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
* Provide compassionate, client-centered representation that aligns with firm values.
*Qualifications*
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an *accredited law school*.
* Active *Texas Bar license* in good standing.
* *Preferably 2 years of courtroom experience*.
* *Experience in family law* strongly preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
