Position Overview

Property Management Assistant

Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Fulltime onsite, central San Diego

Duration: temporary to hire, looking for someone to grow with our team!

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Property Admin to join our client's dynamic team in Kearny Mesa. This position is ideal for someone with strong Customer Service skills and a passion for providing excellent administrative support within the property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with various tasks and administrative duties as needed.
• Answer phone calls and emails from residents and potential residents promptly and professionally.
• Process work orders efficiently and ensure timely completion.
• Assist vendors by providing necessary property information and support.
• Enter data accurately for rents and invoices.
• Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and potential new residents, ensuring a positive experience.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Certifications preferred in Fair Housing
• Property Management industry experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years administrative assistant experience
• Immediate availability!

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with availability to cover weekends if needed.
