Blue Swell Vacation Rentals is looking for Assistant Property Managers with a primary focus on property inspections to ensure our homes and condos meet the highest standards before guest arrivals.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Property Inspections: Follow up behind cleaning crews to inspect and ensure vacation rentals are spotless and guest-ready. Light cleaning may be required when necessary.

Quality Control & Reporting: Communicate with the Housekeeping and Property Managers regarding cleaning issues, maintenance deficiencies, and inventory needs.

Guest & Owner Satisfaction: Investigate cleanliness-related complaints and work to resolve any issues efficiently.

Inventory Management: Handle the replacement of small appliances, shower liners, light bulbs, linens, and other essential household items.

Warehouse & Supply Assistance: Help pack bags, organize amenities, and maintain inventory for housekeeping teams.

Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings, contribute to process improvements, and assist in warehouse operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Physically capable – Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs.

Strong attention to detail – You take pride in ensuring homes meet top-tier cleanliness and organization standards.

Reliable transportation – This role requires travel between multiple properties throughout the day.

Self-starter with integrity – You can work independently while upholding company standards.

Customer service mindset – Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests, owners, and teammates.

Must be at least 25 years old to operate company vehicles.

Important Details:

No relocation package available – Local applicants only or those already planning to move to the area.

Flexible schedule required – Peak season may require increased availability.
