Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our Orlando based team to support the daily operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will assist in tenant relations, property maintenance, lease administration, and financial reporting while ensuring the highest level of service to clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions.
• Assist with lease administration, including tracking lease expirations, renewals, and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, track expenses, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Support rent collection efforts, monitor delinquencies, and assist in resolving tenant payment issues.
• Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in commercial property management or a related role.
• Knowledge of commercial leases, building operations, and property maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
